I went for a walk along the I-10 coming back from Phoenix on 5/13/08. About 20 miles West of Buckeye, there's a hill with black lava rocks and a bunch of microwave / antenna towers on top of it. I crawled under the barbed wire fence and walked up to the top of the hill.
